Change of Postal Address – Scheme Administrator

The postal address for the Scheme Administrator has changed. All correspondence should now be sent to the following address:

The Scheme Administrator's mailroom service has been relocated to a dedicated postal facility. This is to ensure that all correspondence is received, processed, and returned where appropriate, in the most efficient and secure way. This service is run by the Scheme Administrator and does not involve a third party.

Some Scheme members had been experiencing delays when waiting for things like original birth or marriage certificates to be returned to them. This change should result in an improvement to the timeliness of documents being returned and to the mailroom service in general.  

The service was relocated at the end of September 2018, and all correspondence received after that date has been redirected to the new address. The redirection service will stop at the end of December this year.

The Scheme Administration office itself has not moved from Sheffield, only the postal address has changed. The telephone number and email address remain the same:
